Masquerade Event & Couture Show
October & December 2007
Allure Marketing continually strives to build networks in the industry by coordinating the flow for independent events. While we do outsource our services, the executive decisions remain with the client we are working for at the time. For these events we ensure that they are marketable, all contracts are on file, and all factors are accounted for to execute a successful event. Those factors outside of the scope of our agreement to work are viewed as the client's responsibility and should be managed accordingly by the client. Swagger: Live Music + Runway Show
July 2007
Swagger Fashion Show Dresses up the Music Industry
One of Memphis's most popular Dj's, Boogaloo and the Allure Marketing Staf hosted The Swagger Music & Fashion Event Sunday night at the Peabody hotel in downtown Memphis. The FREE Artist Panel included professionals such as Boogaloo (DJ), Tonya Butler (Entertainment Attorney), Waheed Alqawasmi (Producer), Kurt "KC" Clayton (Producer), and Trenyce (Singer, Actress). The very beautiful and witty anchor Dee Griffin of Eyewitness News ABC 24 hosted the panel. They all gave very good advice on the music industry and good tips for upcoming artists entering the business. As for the fashion show and performances, everything seemed to go as planned. Lots of great local and out of town fashions appeared on stage, such as Damien with Divine Prodigy/ Custom Kings (Memphis), Jo'Ventosh (Memphis), The Situation (Memphis), Kim Miller (Atlanta, GA), Hasan (Dayton, OH), Legal Hustlers (Memphis), Kristen & Maggie (Memphis). They did a great job with linking the music with the designs, the performers included: Annika Adams (Grizzlies Dancer and singer), Playa Fly (Recording Artist), Devin Crutcher (Making the Band 4), and 8Ball (Bad Boy South). The ballroom was filled to capacity by guests and the event was a great success.
